CSR arms of Aditya Birla Group are housed under each individual company. While ABCEL is not a CSR activity of the Group. ABCEL is an initiative targeted towards society, to enable and empower individuals and groups to improve and enrich their lives.
ABCEL is a not-for-profit company, registered as a section 8 company with ROC.

All activities will be co-branded with partner organizations wherever we are working with a partner.
We do not have the option of Corporates donating CSR funds to ABCEL. However, if they would like to join ABCEL for funding an activity or research or depute resources (human capital and material), alongside ABCEL, which they can show as CSR activities in their books, they can do so.
Research partners can associate with ABCEL as individuals or as an institute. Two or more researchers may partner for a project depending on their expertise and the requirements of a specific project. These requirements will be shared on the ABCEL platform. Institutes can assign individual researchers attached to it for a project as per the project requirements.
The project must be carried out within the agreed upon sanctioned budget.

Government support is relevant to the society at large. Government departments and ministries relevant to the cohorts chosen, directly or indirectly, are the partners sought for solution implementation, public communication, policy advocacy, etc.
Social change partners are industry bodies, professional bodies, alumni associations, interest groups etc., which have the capability to amplify and disseminate the message to a large and influential audience which can add fillip to the causes.
